Yayasan Pembangunan Keluarga Darul Ta'zim (YPKDT) was approved by the State Legislative Assembly (DUN) on 19 May 1997 and started operating on 1 October 1997. children related to communication and effective ways in forming a happy and harmonious family institution. This paper focuses on the role of the Family Development Foundation in building human capital and the steps taken in an integrated manner with the hope of helping to reduce social problems in the State of Johor, as well as the challenges faced in achieving the goals set. 

The Foundation is aware that through the construction of a solid family institution is the most effective hospital to treat and be a cure for various social ills. Several suggestions and improvements are also submitted for consideration so that the effectiveness of the program to be implemented successfully affects all parties involved.
