The Commission's primary function is to receive complaints of misconduct from the public against enforcement officers or enforcement agencies in general and to investigate and make hearings in connection with the complaints received. As such, enforcement activities will always be monitored and if there are misconduct, appropriate follow-up actions will be recommended.
