On October 27, 1990 PERDA was transferred from the Ministry of Land Development and Regional Development to the Ministry of Rural Development later known as the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development.
Effective August 15, 2005, PERDA was placed under the administration of the Implementation Coordination Unit, Prime Minister's Department (ICU JPM).
After almost 13 years PERDA has been placed under the supervision of the Prime Minister's Department of Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU), on October 19, 2018 PERDA transferred to the Ministry of Rural Development (KPLB).
